The Camct Zy8000d Micro Differential Pressure Transmitter with Intelligent Flange Connection offers high-precision pressure measurement for gas, liquid, and various other mediums.
It is extensively utilized in petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.
ZY8000D features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter's robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Furthermore, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures the ZY8000D maintains high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D transmitter incorporates an advanced diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
