The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it retains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000D's exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter triggers an alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
