ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter: Embrace cutting-edge technology with our ZY8000 intelligent transmitter. This state-of-the-art device incorporates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. Within the microprocessor, it undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Key data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, while also accessing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest accuracy at 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In the event of defined quantity anomalies, the transmitter shifts into fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
