The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter utilizes state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a cutting-edge modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections via the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides clear readings of measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter settings can be conveniently configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
