It is widely employed across sectors including electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, petroleum, petrochemical,
environmental protection, food processing, medicine, building materials, light industry, nuclear industry, and others.
The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Encased in robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effectively withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. If a fault is detected, it enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. During fault conditions, the LCD display shows an Err code and automatically analyzes and displays the faulty unit, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the defective part can be swapped directly on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.
