The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to interlock systems and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
