With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of exceeding defined thresholds, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, analyzes the issue, and highlights the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient..
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
