The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it can maintain an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it has exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that continuously monitor its status in real-time. Should a fault occur, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen will automatically display 'Err,' analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient..
Additionally, diagnostics can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element incur damage, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
