The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter achieves an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a durable metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses while offering robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be easily replaced on site without requiring recalibration.
