ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter: Elevating Standards with Cutting-Edge Technology. This state-of-the-art device harnesses the power of an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor, paired with a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then fine-tuned for linearity and temperature through our sophisticated microprocessor.
For the transmitter with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. In contrast, transmitters outfitted with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer pure digital outputs, ensuring superior data integrity. These transmitters store crucial measurement data and functional parameters in dual EEPROMs, allowing for robust data management.
