The ZY8000 Intelligent Digital Pressure Transmitter represents the pinnacle of modern technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This innovative sensor amplifies and converts signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter, translating them into digital signals. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For transmitters integrating PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Measurement unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and instantly view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capability guarantees the ZY8000's exceptional stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display immediately shows an error (Err), automatically analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacements.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
