The ZY8000's basic accuracy is an impressive 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it is designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it possesses exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference properties, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions, providing real-time self-monitoring capabilities. During fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically flashes an Err message, clearly identifying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.This ensures that your operations remain seamless andefficient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through various communication protocols including HART, FF, and PA. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
