The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitters boast a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, they maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring robust metal housings and fully sealed measuring elements, they withstand harsh chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, their exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure enduring stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 series can continuously monitor its own status in real-time. Should faults occur, the system enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Faults are clearly indicated on the LCD display with an 'Err' message, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.The system's intuitive diagnostics ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software, and any damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be replaced directly on-site without the need for re-adjustment.
