The ZY8000D boasts a base accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest attainable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Designed for durability, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, the transmitter exhibits superior resistance to electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions that continuously monitor its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it switches to alert mode, outputting a specific alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the process of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
