The ZY8000D boasts a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS, achieving up to 0.075% FS. It retains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand harsh chemical and mechanical conditions effortlessly. With exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, it ensures high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features integrated diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it triggers an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When errors occur, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
