The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor seamlessly integrated with a modular design. This sophisticated sensor translates signals through an amplifier and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. For transmitters equipped with the HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a robust 4mA ~ 20mA DC HART signal via a cutting-edge D/A converter. Transmitters incorporating PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Functional parameters and measurement data are securely stored in two EEPROMs. With user-friendly on-site adjustments via the three-button interface, users can effortlessly read measurement results, identify fault information, and select operational modes on the high-resolution LCD display. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Faults are clearly displayed on the LCD screen with an 'Err' message, which automatically identifies and indicates the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents.
