The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers 0.1% FS accuracy (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a strong metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. It also exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions and can monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it will enter alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD automatically displays an error (Err), analyzes the fault, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.maintenance.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
