Introducing the ZY8000, our state-of-the-art intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, the ZY8000 maintains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability for the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting an anomaly, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD promptly displays an Err message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
