The ZY8000 transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it will enter fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
