Upon detecting issues, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows Err, analyzes, and displays faulty units, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.conveniently..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In cases of electronic unit or measuring element damage, the faulty components can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
