The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and a high-speed dual A/D conversion process, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then subjected to precise linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the system outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Two EEPROMs are employed to store the measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters separately. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault data, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring versatile and highly adaptive usage.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest precision at 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Additionally, its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In case of predefined quantity events, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, output alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
