The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. When a fault is detected, it enters fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance,repair, and replacement of the instrument.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be promptly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
