The ZY8000D Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest available accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains an accuracy of 99.9% even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it is built to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its remarkable anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000D constantly monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of any abnormalities, it immediately enters fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err) along with a detailed fault analysis, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
