The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a robust modular design. Sensor signals undergo amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals are then meticulously linearized and temperature-corrected within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the analog signals are converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, enabling on-site parameter adjustments via three intuitive adjustment buttons. Users can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the crisp LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 easily withstands harsh chemical and mechanical pressures. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err), identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, or other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
