The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its strong metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. It also features robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real time. Upon detecting specific events, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without readjustment.
