The ZY8000 boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak. After a decade of continuous operation, it retains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are engineered to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can continuously monitor its status in real time. Upon detecting excessive events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and activates control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, analyzes the fault, and identifies the defective unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
