The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of advanced technology, featuring a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This innovative device captures signals produced by the sensor, amplifies them, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals are then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature by the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
Equipped with versatile communication protocols, the transmitter with HART protocol converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. For those using PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it provides direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site with the three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering maximum flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand harsh chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. When predefined fault events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of faults, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifying and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, and alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
