The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the power of advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature by the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols, they directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site via three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be efficiently accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it will enter alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting an issue, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
