The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, boasting an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a cutting-edge modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform into a digital signal. Subsequently, it undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal transforms into a 4mA to 20mA DC output, superimposed with HART signals through a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Key data from the measuring unit and essential functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site via three intuitive adjustment buttons, enabling the reading of measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation mode directly from the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000's basic intelligent transmitter accuracy is 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The sturdy metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting any anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of faults, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
