Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostics that monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD screen displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.This ensures your operations remain uninterrupted and efficient..
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without readjustment.
