The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of sensor technology, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies sensor signals and seamlessly converts them using a high-speed dual A/D converter into precise digital signals. The microprocessor then expertly handles linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device elegantly converts measurements into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital signals directly, ensuring seamless integration. Essential data, including measurement units and functional parameters, are meticulously stored in dual EEPROMs for optimal performance. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the three intuitive adjustment buttons and access real-time measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes via the LCD display.
