The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and highest at 0.075% FS), maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the outstanding stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD displays an error code (Err), automatically analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms represented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring component is damaged, the defective part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
