The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements efficiently handle extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's superior stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty component, making maintenance, repair, and replacement straightforward and
effortless.
