Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it offers strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Our advanced diagnostic capabilities streamline maintenance and ensure the instrument's longevity and reliability..
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents, automatically diagnosing the operational status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of electronic unit or measuring element damage, faulty parts can be swiftly replaced on-site without recalibration.
