The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting it into a digital signal. This signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4-20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol via a D/A converter. For models outfitted with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the intelligent LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexibility and ease of integration.

ZY8000, the high-precision intelligent transmitter, offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest possible accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Should a fault occur, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. This automatic diagnostic system evaluates the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
