The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, expertly engineered by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This state-of-the-art device converts sensor-produced signals through an amplification process and a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital signal. Subsequently, the microprocessor conducts precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. In contrast, transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexible and comprehensive operational control.

Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
