With a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak, the ZY8000D ensures exceptional precision. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of an anomaly, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
