The ZY8000 series boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an optional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, the ZY8000 excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. The sensor's signals are meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals undergo linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unrivaled accuracy.
For HART protocol transmitters, signals are converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA, and FF signals. The measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Furthermore, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model offers an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting defined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.making maintenance simpler and moreconvenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring component is damaged, the faulty part can be promptly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
