The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it still maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures remarkable stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. When predefined conditions are met, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes, and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes the maintenance and trouble-shooting process more efficient and user-friendly..
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without needing recalibration.
