The intelligent flange remote transmitter offers efficient sensing capabilities
of the measured
pressure through innovative remote
transmission techniques,
seamlessly transmitting data to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary.
It can accurately measure liquid level and differential pressure (D/P), and is perfectly suited for high-temperature environments where the transmitter is required to be placed at a distance.
Ideal for applications with high viscosity, easy precipitation of crystalline, or corrosive mediums. This versatile device finds extensive use across a variety of industries including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit. This simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
