The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter: A Masterpiece of Advanced Technology. Harnessing the power of a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design, this transmitter translates sensor signals into digital format through a refined amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion process. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, expect direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, with results, fault data, and operational modes clearly displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

In case of any anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit and simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be replaced onsite without requiring re-calibration.
