ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, offers an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands intense chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Should any fault occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error code (Err), analyze and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
