The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, offering real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows an error (Err), automatically analyzing and highlighting the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
