The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Moreover, the ZY8000 features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon encountering predefined conditions, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err), diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.
