Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions and can continuously monitor its own status in real-time. In the event of faults or anomalies, it enters an alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and identifies the malfunctioning unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes operations moreconvenient and efficient.
