The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting any predefined quantity of fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance,repair, and replacement processes.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
