The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (highest attainable accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can effortlessly withstand severe chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated via warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without needing recalibration.
