The ZY8000 Intelligent Differential Pressure Transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at 0.075% FS for optimum performance. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenience..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced onsite without requiring recalibration.
