Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to the system interlock and SIS safety system. When a fault is detected, the LCD display immediately shows an Err message, automatically pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit. This feature streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and efficient.

Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured pressure is transmitted remotely,
via transmission devices, and then sent to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary. This device can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P) and is suitable for high temperatures (requiring the transmitter to be placed at a distance),
high viscosity, easily precipitated crystalline, or corrosive mediums. It's widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

this product features an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal, greatly improving stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Different materials and various types of remote devices combined with a special oil filling device maximize the accuracy of the transmitter and meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. The product offers exceptional stability, achieving the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure ensures it can be used in all weather conditions and is compatible with HART protocol.
