The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, it exhibits superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.making maintenance more efficient and user-friendly..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
